How to Cleaning and Maintenance Bottle-Top Dispenser

A. Clean glass plunger cylinder
1. Cover the protective cap.
2. Unscrew the instrument from the reagent bottle and lift the instrument to remove the inlet tube from the liquid level, but still in the bottle.
3. Carefully touch the inlet tube with the inside of the reagent bottle to allow the reagent from the wall to flow back into the bottle.
4. Remove the protective cap and repeatedly move the plunger to dispense the residual reagent back into the reagent bottle.
5. Mount the instrument on a reagent bottle filled with cleaning solution.
6. Scour the instrument.
7. Empty the bottle, rinse with water and refill it, repeat steps 6 and 7.
8. Empty the instrument.
9. Loosen the plunger cover
10. Carefully pull the plunger out of the glass plunger cylinder.
11. Using a screwdriver, carefully remove the deposit from the edge of the glass plunger cylinder and clean the plunger and plunger cylinder with a bottle brush.
12. Carefully reassemble the instrument in reverse order and flush the instrument with distilled water.

B. Cleaning/replacement of inlet valve
1. Remove the inlet tube.
2. Loosen the inlet valve with the installation tool and take it out together with the sealing ring to ensure that the sealing ring does not remain in the valve hole.
3. Flush the inlet valve in the cleaning solution and clean it with a soft brush. If the ball is glued to the valve body, use a tip tool to clear it.
4. Install the cleaned or new inlet valve together with the ferrule into the valve body and tighten it with the installation tool.
(3) Cleaning/replacement of the outlet valve
1. Remove the outlet tube.
2. Loosen the outlet valve with the installation tool and take it out together with the seal to ensure that the seal does not remain in the valve bore.
3. The ball is bonded to the valve body and dredged with a tip tool.
4. Install the cleaned or new outlet valve together with the seal into the valve body and tighten it with the installation tool.

Precautions:
1. In general, sterilization is not required unless special conditions such as sterile liquid or abnormal contamination of the dispenser are required (see instructions for specific operation).
2. It is forbidden to dispense liquids that erode ETFE, FEP, PFA, PTEE, or Al2O3, such as dissolved sodium azide.
3. It is forbidden to dispense liquids that erode optical glass, such as hydrochloric acid.
4. It is forbidden to dispense liquids that are catalytically decomposed with platinum-based alloys, such as H2O2.
5. It is forbidden to dispense nicotinic acid, trifluoroacetic acid, tetrahydrofuran, carbon disulfide, and suspension.
6. It is forbidden to dispense hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, chlorinated hydrocarbons, fluorinated hydrocarbons, and liquids that can form precipitates.
7. After using the dispenser, keep the piston in the lower position.
8. The temperature of the dispenser and reagent should be between 15 and 40 °C.
