It can be used in a common acid-based salt solution, low concentration non-oxidized strong acid strong base, and polar organic solvent (excluding nonpolar organic solvent and halogenated hydrocarbon, etc.), such as H3PO4, HCl, H2SO4, NaOH, NaCl, etc. Maximum pressure 500mbar, maximum solution viscosity 500mm2/s, maximum solution temperature 40 °C, maximum liquid density 2.2g/cm3
