How to use the sample vial

2, if you want to reuse, the cleaning method is also very important, first with a strong oxidation cleaning solution (potassium dichromate) soak for 24 hours, then with deionized water under ultrasonic conditions three times, and finally with methanol cleaning once, drying can be used.
3. The bottle pad must be replaced with a new one, especially when analyzing pesticide residues, otherwise, it will affect the quantitative results.
Recommended cleaning methods.
a. Rinse several times with tap water.
b. Put into a beaker with pure water and ultrasound for 15 minutes.
c. Change the water and ultrasound for 15 minutes.
4. Soak in a beaker with or without ethanol.5. Remove and air dry.

How to choose the three sample vials?
The sealing of the clamp bottle itself is, of course, better than the threaded bottle, rubber or silica gel after puncture also has a good re-sealing, so it is ideal to preserve the reagent.

But if in the use of some organic solvent corrosion silicone or rubber bottle mat, so you need a bottle of PTFE coating, mat, if, in the use of reagent is not a finished, but in the sample bottle part such as the next reoccupy, then finished samples will evaporate, with a bottle of a PTFE coating pad after puncture seal will be lost.

It is recommended that some of the reagents without corrosion to the rubber or silica gel bottle pad can be stored in a clamp bottle, while for corrosive reagents, it is not recommended to use a clamp bottle seal. Compared with silicone, rubber has a better sealing property.

Bayonet sample bottles and bottle caps are simple and effective ways to ensure sealing without clamps. It’s as easy as pressing in and pulling out. The clamshell lid can also be used with a jar. The sample vial with a bayonet cap cannot be pressurized.
