Classification and Application of Bottle-Top Dispenser

There are three types of bottle-top dispensers, namely basic, organic, and hydrofluoric acid, which have basically covered all the solvents in the laboratory.
Bottle-top dispenser basic type is suitable for a wide range of reagents, including general acid-base salt solutions, lower concentrations of non-oxidized strong acid strong bases, and polar organic solvents (excluding non-polar organic solvents and halogenated hydrocarbons, etc.) ), such as H3PO4, HCl, H2SO4, NaOH, NaCl, and the like. The maximum pressure is 500 Mbar, the maximum solution viscosity is 500mm2/s, the maximum solution temperature is 40°C, and the maximum liquid density is 2.2g/cm3;
The bottle-type dispenser is suitable for a wide range of organic solvents and high concentrations of strong acid solutions, such as; chlorine-containing fluorine-containing organic solvents, trifluoroacetic acid, tetrahydrofuran, peroxide, chloroform, HNO3, and the like. The maximum pressure is 500 Mbar, the maximum solution viscosity is 500mm2/s, and the maximum liquid density is 2.2g/cm3;
Bottle-top dispenser hydrofluoric acid type, only for HF solution. Since HF corrodes the glass, the piston of the distributor is a ceramic piston, and the matching reagent bottle should be plastic with a maximum pressure of 500 Mbar, maximum solution viscosity of 500 mm2/s, maximum liquid density of 3.8 g/cm3
