Bottle-Top Dispenser Cleaning

The bottle-top dispenser, also known as the bottle-top dispenser and the bottle-top pipette, is an instrument for accurately measuring liquid medicine. To ensure that the bottle-top dispenser can be used for a long time, some maintenance and cleaning work can be done by following these steps: pipetting pistons are not flexible; dispensing some restrictive solutions (such as high concentration of the salt solution and an alkaline solution after a high concentration); before the replacement of the liquid separation reagent; before the bottle-top dispenser is sterilized; replace the pipe of the bottle-top dispenser (suction pipe, liquid return pipe, and liquid separation pipe).

Specific operation: Place the scale dial scale at the zero position and the dispensing tube cap on the nozzle. Place the entire bottle dispenser and reagent bottle in a properly sized cleaning container and set the scale dial to the maximum dispensing volume. Remove the bottle dispenser from the reagent bottle (preferably with gloves). Place the dispensing tube of the removed bottle dispenser on the reagent bottle port and remove the dispensing tube cap and slide it back to the fixed position. Move the piston handle up and down (confirm that the safety valve arrow points to the dispensing tube) and remove the remaining solution. Then, place a suitable special cleaning solution in the cleaning container, immerse the pipette in it, and repeat the pipetting and discharging several times. After repeated pipetting with a suitable solution (such as distilled water or acetone), the remaining solution in the vial dispenser is removed and discharged. Finally, the pipette, the liquid return pipe, and the liquid separation pipe are taken out from the bottle-top dispenser and cleaned separately.

Bottle-top dispenser cleaning steps:
1. Place the scale dial on the zero position and the nozzle cap on the nozzle;
2. Place the entire bottle dispenser and reagent bottle in an appropriate size cleaning container, and then set the scale dial to the maximum liquid volume scale;
3. Rotate the bottle vial from the reagent bottle (preferably with gloves to operate);
4. Place the pipette of the removed bottle dispenser on the reagent bottle-top, and remove the pipe cap to slide back to the fixed position;
5. Move the piston handle up and down (confirm that the safety valve arrow points to the dispensing tube) and remove the remaining solution;
6. Put a suitable special cleaning solution into the cleaning container, immerse the pipette in it, and repeat the pipetting and discharging several times;
7. After repeated pipetting with a suitable solution (such as distilled water or acetone), remove and drain the remaining solution in the bottle dispenser;
8. Remove the pipette, return pipe, and dispensing tube from the bottle dispenser and clean them separately.
